We are 3 23 years old girls, 2 students and one who’s working. Our fourth roommate is leaving soon, we’re looking to replace him in May or June (it’s up to you).
The house is in Cachan (RER B Bagneux station 10 minutes to Paris center). It’s 133m² plus a basement and a little garden. The neighborhood is quiet. We all have our own bedroom, yours is about 20m², there is no furniture except for a large closet.
The house is fully equipped (washing machine, dish washer, tv, internet..)
The rent is 375€ plus charges (electricity, mains gaz, internet access “freebox”). APL possible (financial help for student or young workers).
A real-estate agency runs the house, so you need to have a warrantor.

We’re looking for someone quite clean, respectful, and who will share the household chores.

NB : We have nothing against cats !
